All abilities are welcome at Dovercourt. We are committed to the inclusion of those with special needs in our facilities, our programs and our services. Please make us aware of any special accommodations that you or your child may require so that we can help you and ensure a full experience Dovercourt.
During and leading up to the summer months, Dovercourt employs Inclusion Specialists who help parents select the right camp programs and the right levels of support for your child from Shared Care to Camp Buddies to One-on-One Support Workers. Affordable Recreation
As a registered charity, Dovercourt is committed to ensuring that its programs and services are available to all in our community. If the costs associated with our programs are prohibitive to your experience here, please complete a Financial Assistance application at our customer service desk to see that you qualify for our subsidized rates.
Attention Social Workers, Teachers, Police Officers, Paramedics, Clergy…
Dovercourt’s Last Minute Club provides free access to most of DRA’s programs where spaces are available and/or unsold at the start of the program. These programs are for anyone you feel could benefit from participation. Last Minute Club referrals do not require any proof of income just your recommendation. Inclusion Dances
Dovercourt will be hosting Inclusion dances for our special needs community. These dances were formerly organized by Able2 and took place at Dovercourt Recreation Centre.
