Fun & fitness in the water!
Dovercourt’s warm water pool is always the right temperature for both high and low-intensity workouts. We offer a variety of fitness, rehab and specialized aqua fitness classes taught by our energetic instructors so that everyone can experience the benefits of water-based activity.

- Aqua Fibromyalgia
- Aqua Arthritis
- Aqua Post Stroke
- Aqua Balance, Core, Mobility
For those looking for a more dynamic water workout:

Looking for Aqua Complete or Aqua Power classes? They’ve become part of the new Dovercourt Fit Pass.
Get unlimited access to over 40 classes/ week including group fitness, spin, aquafit, online, fitness centre and pool access for a monthly fee. Once you’ve bought your pass (online, available Sep 7), you can book into as many classes as you like, up to 7 days ahead.

- To ensure proper distancing, each aquafit class has a limited number of spots.
Please arrive wearing your bathing suit and a mask.
Enter the building through the parking lot doors.
Check in with Customer Service, and answer the standard health screening questions.
- You will be allowed into the pool area 5 minutes before the scheduled class time.
You will be assigned a chair on the pool deck for your belongings and a zone in the pool that is spaced from other participants.
- Masks must be worn in all social areas, but can be taken off during the workout.
After the class, you will exit through the change rooms and have access to the showers and washrooms.
- Lockers will not be available
