Dovercourt offers a wide variety of specialized health and fitness programs that address both specific and general age-related issues that affect older adults.

Active Aging programs include Agestrong, Balance and Fall prevention (Aqua Balance, Core & Mobility for Healthy Aging), and Functional Fitness.
