Spring 2017: Tax receipts/ Statements
Clients can log into their accounts to generate their own account statements for income tax purposes using the instructions below. If you encounter any problems with this, please contact Tafline at email@example.com

Registration for programs may be done online, in person or by phone (613-798-8950 ext. 0). Visa and Master Card are accepted for online payments.
Benefits of registering online:
- easier ‘Search’ for courses and camps
- more courses/ classes available to book online (even more coming in 2017)
- pay outstanding account balances
- view statements
- view bookings
- Go to dovercourt.org; click "LOG IN" at the top right
- Username: the email address that is registered to your account
- Password: your client ID
If the password does not work, click the 'Reset my Password' link to reset it (remember to check your Junk/SPAM Folder). Your account may not show your account history, but it should have the family members linked to your account.
If you have never registered with us before then please Click the "LOG IN" at the top right of the website and then click "Register", and follow the instructions.

General registration information
- Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Spots cannot be held without payment.
- Classes with insufficient registration are subject to cancellation, so please register early
- Rejected payment – There will be a $20 fee on all rejected payments.
Refunds and Credits
We believe in the service and programs that we provide to the community. If you find that a program is not meeting your expectations please let us know. Our Program Directors want to keep improving their programs and your feedback is invaluable.
Refunds & credits will be given up to one week in advance of the program start date. If you wish an account credit there will be no administration fee. This credit does not expire and can be used by any family member for any program.
Pro-rated refunds will be given with a medical certificate.
An Administration fee of $20 will apply to all customer-requested refunds, excluding medical situations.
NOTE: Schedules and fees subject to change based on program demand. Your understanding is appreciated. Full refunds are always given if a class is cancelled.
A payment schedule for camps can be set up for your convenience. At the Centre and over the phone it is possible to pay 50% of the camp fees at the time of registration; the remaining 50% must be paid online by June 1, or your camp registrations will be withdrawn.
Some of our programs have plastic membership cards that clients scan at the Customer Service Desk each time they come to participate e.g. Group fitness and Gold Club Passes, and Pool passes. There will be a $2 replacement fee for lost cards.
Sometimes a class must be cancelled for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to reschedule if time and space allows.
Some passes can be suspended for a minimum of two weeks. This is for injury, illness, vacation or other longer term reason. We cannot suspend passes for shorter than this time. See the pass suspension form for more information.

Dovercourt offers its own financial assistance program for residents of the City of Ottawa. We process applications once per family per calendar year. Program subsidies will be granted based on a review of annual income and the number of individuals within a family unit.
Details about our program are on page 3 of the Financial Assistance Application form, which you can fill out and return to Dovercourt (in person or by email to Kristen at email@example.com). Please note: it takes 7-14 days to process the applications.
