Join us for the launch of the Know
More Do More campaign and help us demonstrate
that healthy living doesn’t have to take
a lot of time, cost a lot of money, or be a
burden. Families who attend will receive complimentary
snacks, a healthy activities tip jar and can
register for a chance to win a great family
physical activity prize – membership to
a community centre, family paddling course or
a Calypso Waterpark experience!
