- We require 6 hours notice
(prior to class time) if you call to remove your name from a class

5 minutes after the class has begun
- Remember that spin passes are valid for 3 months,
so buy according to your needs.
Different strokes
- Registering, Spin passes or Drop in:
- For each class with 15 bikes, there will be
10 registered seats available; the remaining 5 spots are available
to pass holders on a sign-up basis, or a drop-in basis if space
is available.
- By registering you are guaranteeing your spot;
we are hoping that this will streamline the process for our classes,
alleviating the phone calls & extra visits sometimes required
to get a bike.
- If your schedule requires flexibility you might
find that a combination of registering for one class and attending
others on a sign-up basis using a spin pass meets your needs.
- Spin passes are valid for 3 months at a time;
please buy accordingly as there will be no extensions
- Note that each spin class on the Spinning schedule
(see the Schedules page) has a course
code number; this is the program code you require to register.
- For a summary of Spinning class prices
& Pass prices, see the
Health & Fitness Price page.

RECOVERY
|
Recovery workouts
are an essential component of any fitness program. The recovery
class focuses on balance, breathing, visualization and energy
accumulation (studies indicate the light resistance exercise
actually accelerates the body’s recovery process). |
| STRENGTH |
This workout is slow,
steady, with an emphasis on hard resistance work. The work is
hill-specific with the goal of building power. This is the only
workout in the Spinning program that may make your muscles sore. |
| ENDURANCE |
The goal of the Endurance Energy
Zone is to increase your aerobic capacity. The sustained aerobic
effort of the class allows individuals to maintain endurance
and resist
fatigue by focusing on a steady use of energy. |
| INTERVAL |
This workout makes
use of flats and hills, acceleration drills and jumps with recovery
time in between. Participants will work aerobically and anaerobically.
Hang on tight and feel your heart beat! |
| MIX IT UP |
Experience the best
of the Mad Dogg Athletic Spinning Program. We have combined
all
the components - endurance, strength, interval and recovery
into a 60 minutes total
body workout. |
