pilox Piloxing
The latest celebrity fitness craze in Hollywood, Piloxing is a creative mix of Kickboxing and Pilates with a mental and physical goal of attaining a 'Sleek, Sexy and Powerful' self-image. No other exercise contains these two extremes; the powerful feeling of throwing solid punches, then transferring your body movements into Pilates, where positioning and gravity are used to work the muscles.

Hooping
Work up a sweat & whittle your core. Hooping is an exotic, graceful, dynamic and sexy reinvention of hula-hooping that is sweeping the continent. New hoops, larger & heavier than in the past, are easier to spin, so even if you think you can't hoop, you can!

Classes focus on techniques on the body (waist, hip, chest, shoulder, neck, thigh) & off the body (hand hooping, tosses etc), cardio intervals, tricks, movement, laughter & fun!

To check out what is being done with hoops these days, visit sites like hooping.org, or search "hooping" on youtube.com. You will be astounded and bewitched!

Classes are offered in Basics, Multi-level and Intermediate.

Hoops are provided, and may be purchased from the instructors.

Hoop Jams!!

We also hold regular hoop jams on Friday nights (2 per month) to practice, groove to the tunes and give an opportunity for people to try it out and grow the hooping community. Check the for dates.

Total Core Conditioning Total core conditioning focuses on increasing the overall strength and mobility torso. A variety of exercises from pilates, yoga and athletic conditioning are used to target the deepest muscles of the body and improve alignment and physique. This class uses small equipment, is moderate in effort and is suitable for all levels.

zumba An exciting spicy, hip swiveling workout where African, Caribbean and Latin dance moves are combined with aerobics/fitness. It is a ‘fun and easy to do’ workout where one does not need to be a dancer to Zumba®. Dance moves are broken down at the start of each dance routine making it easy for beginners to follow. The dance routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
