Our Pilates matwork program is based on Joseph Pilates’ original exercises that focus on core stabilization, abdominal and lower-back strength and flexibility.

Develop length and strength with our Stott & Classic trained instructor team.

Fundamental

An introductory level suitable for novice participants. Program will focus on basic movements with particular attention to technique breathing and relaxation.

Pilates for Teens (11+)

Learn the fundamentals of Pilates, which works the core muscles (abdominal and back muscles in the center of your body) as well as the limbs, creating long, lean muscles
without developing bulk. Because it focuses on alignment and mobility, it is safe for growing bodies. Students will improve posture, self-confidence and body awareness.

Yoga Fusion

A flowing blend of different yoga influences inspire this class, drawing upon postures & movements in hatha, kundalini and other yoga styles. The class begins with a series (e.g. Sun Salutation etc.), moves to dynamic postures, and includes a section of static poses.

There are many benefits to doing Tai Chi. While doing the series of gentle moves, you will increase your muscle strength, flexibility, stamina and relaxation.

Tai Chi may also decrease stiffness and pain. Movements can be modified for the needs or weaknesses of individuals. So if you have poor balance, aches and pains – or none of these – come out for some fun!
