of gentle moves, you will increase your muscle strength, flexibility,
stamina and relaxation.
Tai Chi may also decrease
stiffness and pain. Movements can be modified for the needs
or weaknesses of individuals. So if you have poor balance,
aches and pains – or none of these – come out
