Teen Yogalates |
This fusion of Yoga and Pilates
will blend the Yoga tradition; focus of strength, flexablility,
balance and meditation with Pilates which focuses on building
strength in the deep muscles of the abdominal region, the body's
core. |

An introductory level suitable
for novice participants. Program will focus on basic movements
with particular attention to technique breathing and relaxation. |
| Intermediate |
A transitional class between
Essential & Intermediate/ Advanced levels, this class
is most suitable for those who have already taken the Essential
level.

Advanced |
For those seeking a more challenging
core workout beyond the Intermediate level. The class moves
quickly through the exercises while maintaining proper technique.
Participants must be very experienced at the Intermediate level. |

Yoga Mix |
Enjoy the benefits of both
yoga & Pilates: improve strength, flexibility and balance
in the yoga segment, then perform a series of Pilates exercises
that target the core. Offered at Intro & Intermediate
level.

and the pelvic floor. Pre-crawling babies are welcome, and
will be part of the workout. All levels; no previous Pilates

of restful Hatha yoga postures. It is taught at a slow pace
promoting conscious relaxation, with the intention of helping
participants wind down after their busy work week. The class

this new life experience of motherhood. This class focuses
on self attunement, pelvic structural alignment, core body
strength, mid-upper back opening and release, gentle breathing

Gentle yoga is an ideal
place for many beginners to start yoga. Through modified basic
yoga positions, one can build strength, flexibility and a
strong core as well as attaining physical & emotional
balance.

for a Healthy Back |
A very gentle yoga class
that will cultivate a balance to strengthen the spine as well
as lengthen and stretch muscles. It is ideal for mild, chronic,
or even intense back pain, or simply to avoid future back
problems. This class is based on a yoga practice demonstrated
to be very effective for working through back pain or maintaining
a healthy back.

Fusion |
A flowing blend of different
yoga influences inspire this class, drawing upon postures
& movements in hatha, kundalini and other yoga styles.
The class begins with a series (e.g. Sun Salutation etc.),
moves to dynamic postures, and includes a section of static
poses.

& Flexible through Yoga |
This class will explore
different postures to benefit both your strength and your
flexibility. The class will be based on the Ashtanga lineage
but will explore other possibilities as well. Breath work
and meditation will also be taught. A sound base of yoga or
fitness is required – not recommended for beginners.

to doing Tai Chi. While doing the series of gentle moves,
you will increase your muscle strength, flexibility, stamina
and relaxation.
Tai Chi may also decrease stiffness and pain. Movements can
be modified for the needs or weaknesses of individuals. So
if you have poor balance, aches and pains – or none
of these – come out for some fun!
