| Enjoy our
Fitness Centre, with free weights, multipurpose circuit equipment
and cardio equipment including Stairmasters, elliptical trainer,
recumbent bike, Lifecycle, rowing machine & treadmill. In
addition to Personal Training packages, we also have a variety
of instructor-led weight training small group programs that
take place in our Fitness centre. Please see the Specialty:

Our 3 month & 1 month plans include:

Centre (Weight room)
Our 3 month plan
($112/ 3 mo) includes an Orientation to the Fitness Centre &
a free personal training follow up session each 3 month renewal.
Our 1 month plan
($37.50/ mo) requires a $27 'joining fee' for the Orientation to
the Fitness Centre (one time only)
Both passes may be cancelled without penalty, and
may be suspended for illness or vacation. These passes may not be
shared.
Not sure? Buy
our 10 visit "Try It" pass
($70), good for up to 3 months; may be used for group fitness
classes or the Fitness Centre. This pass can be shared.
Buy your passes at the Centre, from either desk
(upstairs Main, or downstairs Pool desk)
Drop ins are also available ($8.50/ class)
*As
our Fitness Centre is not supervised, youths 14 - 15 must be accompanied
by an adult.

FITNESS APPRAISALS
|
Get a snapshot of your personal fitness level.
Basic test includes measurement of heart rate, blood pressure,
Body composition, BMI, flexibility assessment, muscular strength
& endurance assessment. Complete test includes the previous
list plus a cardiovascular fitness assessment. Highly recommended
for participants in any of our Strength training classes or
programs. |

"Motivation" PACKAGE |
Work with one of trainers to attain your goals.
Includes a preliminary assessment meeting, a fitness appraisal,
an individualized program and a 1.5 hour session to guide you
