The Registration form can be used dropped
off in person or mailed in to the Centre. Forms are processed on
a first come, first serve basis.

It is much easier to register online than with
the manual form below. Click on our "Take me to Online Registration"
button on the top banner of any page, and follow the steps to create
an account, locate programs and register.
