DID YOU KNOW ?

Dovercourt’s class ratios are all below the recommended minimums and maximums. In order to accommodate all patrons and keep our low student/ teacher ratios, refunds or credits will only be issued one week prior to the start date. We will do our best to see that your child’s individual needs are met.

THE CLASS I WANTED IS FULL!
Please add your name to the wait list. A class may be added if there are adequate numbers.

OH NO, WE HAD TO CANCEL A CLASS!
Sometimes programs with great instructors have to be cancelled due to lack of registration. Please register early to ensure your spot and the continuation of the program.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS IN THE POOL:
We at Dovercourt take the safety of our participants seriously. For this reason we ask you to sign in before taking photos or videos of your little ones.

You will be asked to provide your name, the name(s) of participants being photographed, your relationship to the participant(s) as well as name of the program. The sign in sheets are available at both reception desks. Instructors will be asking when they see cameras in action.

“We provide an energetic and highly qualified aquatic team that will make your experience safe and fun!”

Allyson Tayler

Coordinator
Congratulations, Allyson on being named to the Canadian National Lifesaving Team!

Allyson will travel with a 12 member team from across Canada to the "Rescue 2008", World Lifesaving Championships July 20 - Aug 2, 2008 in Berlin (for pool) and Warnemunde (for Ocean), Germany! Ask her what she needed to achieve to make this team! You will be impressed!

Our Pool
Our “wet ” success is due somewhat to the unique design of our leisure pool as well as the tarzan rope, the slides, the ramp or “beach entrance ” and the warmer than average pool temperature.

  • Main Pool: 86 – 88°
  • Training Pool: 90°
  • Whirlpool: 104°

We think it is our superior staff that keep our programs packed. They are dedicated young adults whose professionalism and pride in their work contribute to the welcoming atmosphere on the pool deck.

Your feedback makes our programs better! (Please print, complete & return)

POOL FOULINGS
Everyone is affected when the pool is fouled. Babies, tots and those without bowel control MUST wear snug fitting pool pants. All participants should avoid eating or drinking too much prior to swimming and those 'under the weather' should stay home.
