As a not for profit, charitable organization, Dovercourt Recreation Association depends on the help of local businesses to fulfil our mission ofserving our community. Wow! What a great Halloween evening! Thanks to the Kiwanis of West Ottawa, our volunteers and our team of Algonquin College students for putting together a great Haunted House event.
